Q-KON South Africa signs OEM agreement with Oracle Communications

Technology provider Q-KON South Africa, a member of Oracle Partner Network (OPN) has announced it has signed a Southern African Development Community (SADC) wide OEM agreement with Oracle Communications. Adding to Q-KON SA’s existing range of Unified Communication offerings, the integrated communications and cloud solutions from Oracle Communications will help service providers and enterprises accelerate their digital transformation journey.

This agreement encompasses key Oracle technologies, including the market-leading Enterprise Session Border Controller (formerly Acme Packet) products, Call Fraud Protection solutions, called Security Shield, and cloud-based VoIP network monitoring and management solutions. It creates significant opportunities for our resellers, integrators, and service provider customers to provide new solutions their customers. The technologies protect enterprise customers against call fraud, loss of productivity, network overloads while benefitting from lower commercial crime insurance premiums.
